'Tholi Prema' may touch the mark of one million dollar during the week days. In its opening weekend, the film grossed 657k dollars. This is second biggest opening for Varun Tej in USA after blockbuster 'Fidaa'. Sekhar Kammula raked in whopping 962k dollars in its opening weekend.

The other new releases 'Gayatri' ($28k) and 'Intelligent'($43k) sank without a trace. 

On the other hand, Anushka's Bhaagamathie has also performed well this weekend and the film's total cumulative gross now stands at $1,097,892. Naga Shourya's 'Chalo' has raked in better collections than 'Gayatri' and 'Inttelligent' put together and its cumulative gross is now $701k.
