USA: Saaho yet to pick up premiere ticket sales

The craze around Prabhas’s ‘Saaho’ is on the sky level. After ‘Baahubali 2’, no other Telugu film has generated such buzz nationwide. Given this scenario, one expected that the movie would easily shatter all records of ‘Baahubali 2’ in the USA as well. Openings should be earth-shattering. But the film is witnessing low bookings or pre-sales compared to ‘Baahubali 2’.

The action-adventure is also releasing in all languages in the USA. While the Telugu version is drawing huge sales, the much-hyped Hindi version is registering abysmally low numbers. The Hindi audiences generally don’t like to pay a $25 ticket price for Premiere Shows. They prefer normal ticket prices. Probably this could be one reason why the audiences are not showing interest in premiere shows for the movie. They may watch it for the weekend.

‘Baahubali 2’ has posted about 2.4 million dollars from premiere shows. Will ‘Saaho’ can pull that big number?
