The latest update is that he is all set to play a key comedy role in director Shankar's new movie Bharateeyudu 2.

Kamal Haasan is playing the titular character. The film's pre-production has already begun and its regular shoot will commence next month.

According to reports, Shankar has sought his dates for the movie's shoot early next year.
