Vijay Sethupathi as antagonist in Rajinikanth's movie

Superstar Rajinikanth has completed two movies ‘Kaala’ and ‘2.0’ that are going to be released shortly and he is now moving to commence the shoot of another film. The new movie would be directed by Karthik Subbaraju.
 
Interestingly, Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi has roped in to play antagonist in the movie. Vijay Sethupathi is a successful hero in his own right. Yet, he has agreed to do negative role in Rajini’s movie. He is also playing crucial role in Megastar Chiranjeevi’s ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’.
 
Sun Pictures is producing the film.
