Vijayendra Prasad writes Vijay's Mersal

Telugu star writer Vijayendra Prasad is now most sought after writer in India. Apart from Tollywood, he is now in much demand in Bollywood too. All the leading directors and stars in Bollywood and Tollywood are chasing him. He is penning Kollywood's big movies too.

He has given the basic story for Tamil superstar Vijay's 'Mersal', which is being directed by Atlee. After watching 'Baahubali', Vijay and Atlee have approached Vijayendra Prasad to write a story. He gave two ideas and one of them has been turned into 'Mersal', which is set for release shortly.

The movie's first look was released today. Vijayendra Prasad is currently scripting Kangana Ranuat's "Manikarnika' in Bollywood. He has already written scripts in Sandalwood.
