It has been three years since the news broke out that Rana will be doing the role of mythological 'Hiranya Kashyapa'. Announcements have come in now from director Gunasekhar recently.
 
He has written on his social media handles that Rana Daggubati will be essaying the role of Hiranya Kashyapa.
 
Currently the pre-production work of the film is going on. Gunashekar informed that he has been working on this film for three years. The film will have loads of visual effects.

The film’s budget will be close to Rs 80 to Rs 100 Cr is what the trade circle is saying. But Gunasekhar is telling that it would be in the range of Rs 200 Cr as it has become fashion in Tollywood to fake or hype about budgets.
