Why Anil Ravipudi movies being rejected by NRIs?

Director Anil Ravipudi who shot to fame with 'Pataas' has already won a name as a director who knows the pulse of mass audiences. His latest release is ‘Raja The Great’. While the film received decent collections in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, the movie has failed totally in USA.

Anil Ravipudi has directed three movies - 'Pataas', 'Supreme' and 'Raja The Great' and all of them tanked at American box-office. Kalyan Ram starrer 'Pataas' collected about 170k dollars in its lifetime at US box-office and his next release 'Supreme', which was blockbuster in domestic market, bombed like anything in USA with mere 65k dollars. 

Now, 'Raja The Great' has collected a gross of 321k dollars, which is too low for a big star like Ravi Teja's movie. NRI's are not at all showing interest in his half-backed, rehashed mass entertainers.
