It is known to all that ‘Spyder’ was a huge flop and all distributors suffered nearly 50 percent losses. As per the industry’s norm, the leading hero and the movie’s director has to return some amount to the producer to bear the losses.
 
Mahesh Babu has already agreed to return nearly Rs 5 Cr to the producer. Now, comes the question – will Murugadoss agree to do the same? Murugadoss is basically Tamil director who occasionally directs films in Telugu and Hindi languages. Since he doesn’t belong to Tollywood, he can skip the rules of Telugu cinema. So, it is not clear whether he’d bear the losses.
 
On the other hand, he is now all set to direct a movie with Tamil superstar Vijay. This will be his third film with him after ‘Thupakki’ and ‘Katthi’.
