Will Prabhas ever secure his farmhouse?

Telangana High Court ordered officials not to demolish Prabhas’ farmhouse. However, Prabhas didn’t get any relief in the case related to his farmhouse. Prabhas’s farmhouse property at Serilingampally in Ranga Reddy district in Hyderabad is under dispute. A two-judge panel of the Telangana High Court disposed the writ petition but the ruling has not come in favor of Prabhas.

Prabhas bought this land 10 years ago. Last year, the Telangana government’s officials seized the land saying the property is under dispute. Last month a sessions court gave an interim injunction in favor of Prabhas but now High Court said the possession of the property cannot be given to the ‘Baahubali’ star. 

The only relief Prabhas has received is that the panel ordered the authorities not to demolish the structures in the land. 

The legal fight may continue for long. This land is in the heart of the IT zone and is worth crores of rupees. Prabhas has decided to fight legally to secure the land. Prabhas is currently working in Radha Krishna Kumar’s film. The actor is taking a remuneration of Rs 75 crore per movie. He has invested his money in properties. He bought this farmhouse after the release of ‘Billa’. 

Prabhas is currently under quarantine period. He will resume the shooting of period romantic drama with Pooja Hegde after lockdown is lifted.
