Yash Raj sub-buys Overseas rights of Saaho

Yash Raj, the leading Bollywood distribution and production company, has bought the rights of Prabhas starrer “Saaho” for USA and other countries. The film’s overseas rights were earlier sold off to Dubai based company Phar and it has sold to Yash Raj. Phar will release it in Gulf region but Yash Raj will release it in USA and other important overseas territories.
 
‘Saaho’ is in its last leg of shoot and the film is carrying high expectations. Since it is the first film after the release of ‘Baahubali 2’ from Prabhas, Bollywood trade is betting high on this action adventure thriller.
 
‘Saaho’ is creating more buzz in Bollywood market than in South. The film’s marketing and publicity plan is also being made from Mumbai. Directed by Saaho, it stars several Bollywood actors that include Shraddha Kapoor as female lead, Neil Nithin Mukesh as main villain, Jackie Shroff, Chunky Pandey and Mandira Bedi.
 
Ghibran is providing background music. Set for August 15 release, ‘Saaho’ is produced by UV Creations.
