Rajamouli to head to London for AP designs

Thursday, September 14, 2017 - 14:45

It is no secret that S S Rajamouli has agreed to help the Andhra Pradesh government in finalising the designs for the new capital city Amaravathi. Impressed with Rajamouli's epic imagination of Mahismathi in 'Baahubali' movies, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu had asked Rajamouli to help them in finalising the designs for the government buildings. Rajamouli gave his nod and he met the officials earlier.

AP government has now decided him to send to London to have special meetings with Norman Foster, the British architects who are giving designs for Amaravathi capital city. The British architects have already prepared nice designs but the CM is not happy with the outer appearances of the designs. So, Rajamouli has to give his ideas to Norman Foster.

The AP government will bear all the expenses of Rajamouli's stay in London. But Rajamouli is not charging any amount for inputs.

Rajamouli, who hails from Kovvur in Rajamundry, is currently waiting for the story for his next movie. He is expected to commence his next film in 2018.
