Sai Dharam in a fix, thanks to Dil Raju

Monday, September 18, 2017 - 17:00

'Jawaan' was thought to be all done until Dil Raju, the film's presenter, came in and suggested that some sequences be reshot. With the makers accepting the suggestions, the film's release has been put off in September. It was originally planned to be released on the 1st of this month.

Producer Krishna is yet to officially announce the release date. Re-shooting the sequences, however, has put Sai Dharam Tej in a fix.  He thought he had wrapped up his work on the project.

BVS Ravi has, however, required bulk dates from Tej, who is unhappy with the unforeseen development. Weeks ago itself, he had allotted dates for VV Vinayak's movie. This film was supposed to go on the floors in the first week of this month, but the same has been put off till Dasara. Tej, left with no option, has asked Ravi to cut down on the number of additional days wanted for the re-shooting.

'Jawaan' has Mehreen playing the female lead. SS Thaman is the music director. Tamil actor Prasanna is the main antagonist.
