The shoot of 'Rangasthalam' has almost come to an end. Samantha has completed her portion. It is not clear whether Ram Charan, the movie's hero, has also been finished his work for this movie.

She tweeted, "And it's a wrap!! #Rangasthalam Been a special journey with the most special team ,they shine from within just as much as their Star tags #RamCharan @aryasukku @MythriOfficial . Can’t wait for the Big Bang."

'Rangasthalam' is being directed by Sukumar and produced by Mythri Movie Makers. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music. Ram Charan and Samantha are playing young lovers of a fictional village called Rangasthalam during the period of 1980's.

The period action love story is scheduled for March 30, 2018 release. A first look of her character and teaser of Samantha's characterisation is expected to be released soon.
