Lakshmi Manchu says she is tired of playing deglam roles and said she is excited to play glamorous character in a Tamil film.

It is known that she has signed Jyothika's new Tamil movie which is remake of Vidya Balan's Hindi blockbuster 'Tumhari Sulu'.

"I haven't watched the Hindi version but heard about the character Neha Dupia played in the movie. It is glam role and exciting character. I have nothing against playing such bold roles. In fact I am bored of playing deglam roles," she shared her excitement.

She said she will be joining the shoot from May this year.
