Pawan Kalyan will be constructing a house in Andhra Pradesh. This will be his official first asset in the state of AP. At a public meeting few months ago, he revealed that he didn’t own any properties in AP. He has been living in Hyderabad (Telangana) for many years and all assets are here.

On Monday, he and his wife Anna Konidela will perform bhoomi pooja for their new house in Guntur. He will be using this residential house for his Jana Sena party activities from the year end. He may apply for voter ID from this new residence in AP.

He will contest the AP Assembly polls in 2019.
