Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s ‘MLA’, that was released on Friday, opened to terrific collections. The film is estimated to have grossed Rs 5.2 Crores worldwide on the first day which is highest in Kalyan Ram’s career.

The commercial entertainer received mixed reviews. However, this Kalyan Ram and Kajal starrer got good numbers from theatrical revenue. The team is expecting similar trend over the weekend. The producers sold it for normal prices. Hence they are expecting decent revenues for the distributors as well.

‘MLA’ has no competition from other movies till ‘Rangasthalam’ hits the screens.
