Radhika Apte is one of the finest actresses around in India. She is also fiercely independent woman and doesn’t mince words on any topic. She made some scathing remarks on a South Indian superstar who made sexual advances.
 
But question comes why did she continue to do such movies when she knew that things are not good on the sets. She reasons that she did those movies for money. Since she came from non-filmy background, she did films that she is not comfortable with to get a foothold and earn money.
 
Now that she is established, she’s experimenting with her roles and accepting the offers that excite her. I am being choosy now, she says.
