Leading comedian Prudhvi is playing lead role in a crime comedy. He is playing the role of a defence lawyer in 'My Dear Maarthandam'. This is a comedy film. He becomes a lawyer by reading a Rapidex book on Law course.

The film marks the debut of writer-director Harish KV and its entire production has been wrapped up.

Releasing the first look, producer Sayed Nizamuddin says, "We are happy to be working with Prudhvi garu, who has made a mark with his unique style of comedy.  He becomes a lawyer by reading a book titled 'How to become a lawyer in 30 days'?  His comedy is the film's major highlight.  We are going to release a teaser very soon."
