Producer P Ram Mohan known for his great taste in producing heartwarming and concept-based hit movies like Asta Chemma and Uyyala Jampala has turned director. His maiden directorial venture is Thanu Nenu.

The movie stars his protege Avika Gor as heroine while newcomer Santosh Sobhan is the male lead. Sobhan is the son of director Late Sobhan. Allari Ravi Babu, Satya Krishna, Kireeti and RK will be seen in key roles in the movie. D Suresh Babu and Viacom 18 are presenting the movie. Shooting part has already been wrapped up and the teaser will be released along with the Akhil's movie in all theatres.

Sunny MR has composed the music and the audio will be out towards month end.
