Megastar Chiranjeevi's period drama ‘Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy’ will be filming some key scenes in Mysore this month end. Some scenes will be shot in famous Mysore palace. Being directed by Surender Reddy, this mega-budgeted movie has Chiranjeevi playing the role of a king who led rebellion against the British in 1840 in Kurnool region in Andhra Pradesh.

‘Sye Raa’ has Nayanthara and Tamannah as the female lead. The film’s action stunts were recently filmed in Georgia.

Produced by Ram Charan, it has music by Amit Trivedi. ‘Sye Raa’ expected to release in the second half of 2019. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan is playing key role while Tamil star Vijay Sethupathi and Kannada star Sudeep will be seen in pivotal characters. To be released in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi, the period drama will have high-end special effects.
