Bhanupriya, the veteran actress, is in the news for a horrible reason. Padmavathi, the mother of Sandhya (16) from Samarlakota in East Godavari district, has complained to the police against Bhanupriya. The actress, as per Padmavathi, harassed Sandhya, who has been her domestic help for about one and half years. There is worse.  

"My daughter has been employed in Chennai with Bhanupriya. She was recruited by promising a salary of Rs 10,000 per month in 2017. Not only did Bhanupriya fail to honour the salary for even a single month, she also didn't let my daughter out of her house. I could never meet Sandhya for 1.5 years. My daughter was virtually confined inside Bhanupriya's house. I also suspect that Bhanupriya's elder brother, Gopalakrishna, has sexually harassed my daughter," Padmavathi today stated in her police complaint.

The allegations are really serious.
