Director Maruthi is going pillar to the post to begin his next film but he has not able to convince any hero as of now. Post ‘Shailaja Reddy’, he narrated the stories to Allu Arjun, Ram, and Gopichand. Although all of them evinced interest, they have no immediate dates to dole out to him.

Will Maruthi make another small film now? Or will he wait for Ram or Gopichand?He is the kind of the director who doesn’t prefer to take long gap. He began his career with concept-based movies with newcomers but now he is preferring ‘stars’, not newcomers. This is why he has not able to take his next movie to the sets yet.

Getting dates of medium range stars has become tough for filmmakers as there are less number of stars who have decent market.
