'Dorasani' marks the debut of Vijay Deverakonda’s brother as lead hero. The film is also debut vehicle for Rajasekhar and Jeevitha’s younger daughter Shivathmika. Anand Deverakonda and Shivathmika are acting together as lead pair in this period movie set in the backdrop of rural Telangana.

Newcomer KVR Mahendra is directing this while Yash Rangineni and Madhura Sridhar are together producing. Inspired by ‘true lives’, the period drama is a romantic drama.
