Ram Gopal Varma debuting as actor

Maverick filmmaker Ram Gopal Varma will be showing off another facet of his talent. The famous director is turning actor. He will be producing and directing a film titled ‘Cobra’ soon. He plays the role of a CBI officer. The movie narrates the story of a dreaded criminal.

Gun Shot Films, RGV’s new banner, will produce this movie. On the eve of his birthday (April 7), he has announced the movie and unveiled the first look poster.

The film will have music by M M Keeravani. Agasthya Manju who shot to fame with ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’ will be co-directing this movie along with RGV.

RGV debuted as director with Nagarjuna starrer ‘Shiva’ in 1989 and he went to direct and produce many movies. Known as one of the all-time greatest Indian directors, RGV is now enjoying his stint as filmmaker.
