Mythri finally drops off Theri remake

Mythri Movie Makers has finally taken a wise decision to drop the idea of remaking Vijay starrer 'Theri' in Telugu.  The project with Ravi Teja and director Santosh Srinivas has finally been put off.

The production house bought the remake rights of this Vijay's movie three years ago in order to produce it with Pawan Kalyan in the direction of Santosh Srinivas. Pawan Kalyan plunging into active politics has made the production house to make the same movie with Ravi Teja. However, the production house has now realised that these kinds of potboilers won't work in today's time. So, the movie has completely been put aside.

Ravi Teja will work for the production house if it comes up with another script.
