‘KGF’ Chapter 2 is under progress. The first part was a runaway hit in Telugu as well. Starring Kannada superstar Yash in the lead role and directed by Prashanth Neil, ‘KGF’ chronicles events happened between 1951 and present day. In the second part, there is a sequence involving India’s iconic Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

The makers have roped in Raveena Tandon to play Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

In the recent times, Supriya Vinod was seen as Indira Gandhi in several films that include ‘NTR Kathanayakudu’. But for ‘KGF 2’, Prashanth Neil felt Raveen Tandon would suit better.

The film is expected to hit the screens this December.
