Hippi witnesses disastrous result at B.O

Up and coming actor Kartikeya was hoping to set box-office on fire one more time with ‘Hippi’ but his plan didn’t ouk out this time. The actor who shot to fame with last year’s smash hit ‘RX 100’ went all his way out to exhibit his ripped body but youngsters didn’t show any interest.

While ‘RX100’ took in Rs 2.5 Cr in two days, 'Hippi' had seen low openings. In two days, the film has collected Rs 70 Cr in Telugu states. It is a disaster and will not stand after the first weekend.

This is huge setback for Kartikeya who has signed this film without listening to script. The film’s failure also established the fact that only ‘glamour’ doesn’t sell. It also requires proper foundation.
