Sye Raa pre-release event in Kurnool

‘Sye Raa’ is set to commence its promotions now as the countdown for the film’s release has begun. This megastar Chiranjeevi starrer period drama has almost completed its post-production work. The team is now finalizing the venue and date for the pre-release event. The event will be held in Kurnool town since the film is about freedom warrior Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who fought against the British in the region of Renadu, which comes under today’s Kurnool district in Andhra Pradesh.

The tentative date is September 15. Based on permissions and available dates of guests like Pawan Kalyan, Rajinikanth, and Amitabh Bachchan, the date will be fixed. If Rajinikanth will unable to make it to this event, he will be invited to attend the event for the Tamil version. Pawan Kalyan will grace the event. 

‘Sye Raa’ is Megastar Chiranjeevi’s dream project. The movie that is being directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Ram Charan will narrate a little known story that was buried under the sands of history. Made on a whopping Rs 200 Cr budget, ‘Sye Raa’ has an ensemble cast of Nayanthara, Tamannah, Amitabh Bachchan, Sudeep, and Vijay Sethupathi. 

Cinematographer Rathnavelu cranked the film. Amit Trivedi is composing the music while the background score is provided by Julius Packiam. The period flick is slated for October 2nd release.
