Rana is still in the USA. He has been staying there for his treatment related to a kidney ailment. It is not clear when he would return to Hyderabad to resume shoots. But there are reports that he had already given his nod to the shoot of a thriller movie to be directed by ‘Gruham’ fame Milind Rau. Well, this project was finalized much before Rana went to the USA but media is writing that he has already permitted to commence the shoot when there is no clarity on the date of his arrival.

Meanwhile, another speculation is that Keerthy Suresh has rejected the offer to act in this thriller. It is said that she didn’t like her role. 

Keerthy Suresh is the busiest star today. She is acting in ‘Miss India’, a Telugu film produced by Mahesh Koneru. She is also acting in Nagesh Kukunoor’s maiden Telugu film. Keerthy also is part of two Bollywood films that are under progress and she has also recently signed a heroine-centric Tamil film.
