Generally, actresses don’t respond when news about them replacing other actresses in a film appears in the media. Either they keep silence or dismiss them. But actress Aditi Rao, known for roles in films like ‘Sammohanam’, got infuriated when a website made a statement against Samantha linking her. 

The online portal reported that Aditi Rao is being stepped in as the heroine in director Ajay Bhupati’s ‘Maha Samudram’ in place of Samantha. What made her get angry is that the portal drawing the conclusion that makers have approached Aditi after Samantha delivering a flop with ‘Jaanu’. Aditi seems to have got offended by lowering Samantha’s image. 

“I genuinely feel this is important to say... a hit or flop cannot take away the credibility of an actor. Pl Let’s not encourage this kind of thinking. secondly lets give a director/producer the respect to make their announcements in the way that they deem fit. Thank you,” she tweeted.

Aditi will next be seen in upcoming release Nani and Sudheer Babu’s ‘V’. This ‘Maha Samudram’ has been in the news for a long time but the movie is facing many hurdles.
