Unlike the original ‘Pink’, the Telugu remake ‘Vakeel Saab’ will have a song and a romantic episode for the protagonist that is being played by Pawan Kalyan. The film’s story and screenplay will remain faithful to ‘Pink’ but the Telugu version also needs to cater to the image of Pawan Kalyan.

The latest buzz is that Shruti Haasan has been finalized to play the female lead. Shruti requires new projects. If she signs this movie, it would be third pairing for the ‘Gabbar Singh’ heroine with Pawan Kalyan. However, this is not a full-length role. It is more like an extended cameo. 

She is currently acting with Ravi Teja in ‘Krack’.
