As reports came out in the media saying that Ram Charan is not contributing any production money in ‘Acharya’ but will take home profit share as well as remuneration for his role, the production house Matinee Entertainments has stated facts right. Niranjan Reddy of Matinee Entertainments and Ram Charan on Konidela Productions are jointly producing Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer ‘Acharya’. Koratala Siva is directing the film.

“The production house Konidela Production Company and Mr. Ram Charan are fully and equally involved in all the production-related discussions, monetary contributions, and the production. Everything is shared equally between Konidela Production Company and Matinee Entertainment. 
In fact, the mutual duties and responsibilities have been discussed between Matinee Entertainment and Konidela Production Company and the film's production is being done accordingly,” the statement read. 

‘Acharya’ aka Chiru152 movie is under progress. Ram Charan will also play a lengthy role in the movie.
