Why is Rajamouli promoting RRR now?

‘RRR’ will release on January 8, 2021. Then why is the team is promoting it eight months before the release? This is the question bugging everyone these days. The answer is Rajamouli doesn’t want to sit idle during this lockdown period. He wanted to dispel rumors that the movie would be postponed further. The lockdown period will not affect its shooting progress. This is what he wanted to tell the world and he used the video releases and media interviews to stress the point. 

In a recent interview, Rajamouli clearly stated that 80 percent of the movie’s shoot has already been wrapped up. So, he can easily complete the remaining portion by June or July. He will still have enough time for post-production and promotions. So, ‘RRR’ will meet the deadline.

‘RRR’ has NTR and Ram Charan as the lead heroes. Alia Bhatt and Olivia are playing the female lead. DVV Danayya is producing the film. Dil Raju bought the movie’s Nizam rights for whopping Rs 70 crore.
