Am ready for glam roles, says Pooja Jhaveri

The multi-talented Pooja Jhaveri debuted in Telugu with the film 'Bham Bholenath' and went on to bag three other films following its release. Her next release is 'Dwaraka' that stars current rising star Vijay Devarakonda.
"I want to focus my energies more on Tollywood as this is where I have been accepted quite early on. I have done 'Right Right', 'L7' and now 'Dwaraka'. In this November end release, I am playing a headstrong yet traditional Telugu girl who ends up falling in love with a fake godman played by Vijay Devarakonda. I became friends with him quite fast and we share a comfort level," the Gujarathi girl reveals.
A graphic designer by training, Pooja lives in Mumbai. Has Bollywood touched her? "As I am a choreographer, having been an assistant dance director for a number of songs, I have worked in Bollywood. A song that I have choreographed for a JP Dutta movie will come out soon," Pooja says with happiness.
She is confident about the success of 'Dwaraka' and reveals how she landed in the role. "The director happened to see my Rin ad and got impressed. That's how I bagged this role. The film is a nice entertainer and I am happy to have been associated with a banner like Super Good Films. Actors like Prakash Raj, Murali Sharma and Prudhvi are there in the movie."
Ask her if she is open for glamorous roles, Pooja says, "I am ready as long as it makes sense. My dream role is to play a mythological character."
Having done 'Thodari', a Dhanush film, the travel junkie is also getting offers from Kollywood.
