They have become good friends on the sets of their first film together - 'Kumari 21F'. As their jodi became highly successful, Tollywood producers and directors have started taking them together in more and more movies. They were seen together in another hit movie 'Eedo Rakam Aado Rakam' and now they are acting together again in 'Andhagadu'. 

So speculations have begun about their off-screen chemistry and bonding. Recently Raj Tharun was linked with anchor Lasya but the star immediately brushed them off in a Facebook post. Now, murmurs about his special friendship with Hebbah Patel have grown.
