Superstar Rajinikanth is biggest star in South India and in Tamilnadu no one comes close to his place. There are also pleas from various persons to Rajinikanth urging him to rule Tamilnadu now.

But actor Sharat Kumar has raked up Rajinikanth's nativity. "Rajinikanth is an outsider, It is high time that Tamilnadu people should only elect Tamilians, not non-locals," he blasted. 

Within hours of Sharath Kumar’s diatribe against Rajinikanth, Rajini fans tore into him, they burnt his posters.

Sharat Kumar was also described as opportunistic. On the other hand, Rajinikanth supporters feel he should step in to politics as there is huge political vaccum in the state after the death of former Chief Minister J Jayalalitha.
