Laxmi Raai is popular for glam roles. She recently got craze with item songs in Tollywood films. In Megastar Chiranjeevi starrer 'Khaidi No 150', she did the popular song "Rathalu Rathalu". 

Now she will be seen in a Bollywood movie as lead actress. She is doing 'Julie 2', sequel to Shivdasani's earlier film Julie (2004). She released a picture of her in bikini from the film. She tweeted, "Here u go ! Exclusive #julie2 #myfirstbikinipic coming soon."
