Tuesday, May 2, 2017 - 11:30

Megastar Chiranjeevi's 'Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy' has begun its pre-production. It is going to be made on large scale with huge sets. Currently, sets are being prepared to recreate the times of 1840. An entire Rayalaseema village along with a fort will be built in Hyderabad; also the sets of British Raj will also be made lavishly and realistically.

The movie is being directed by Surender Reddy who has taken this as challenge. Known to be a stylish action director, Surender Reddy is entering into new terrain - a period-patriotic movie that needs high end graphics and sets. 'Uyyalavada Narasimha Reddy' is a film about a great freedom fighter that revolted against British Raj, ten years earlier than Supayi Mutiny (India's First War of Independence of 1857). Chiranjeevi plays the titular character.

The core writing team that worked for Chiranjeevi's "Khaidi No 150" is penning the dialogues and screenplay. Ram Charan is producing it on Konidela Productions banner.
