Lasya is turning busy as movie actress. The TV anchor recently debuted in movies. She has played as female lead in 'Raja Meeru Keka' and now she is playing key role in Kalyan Ram's new movie.

Lasya recently married her boyfriend and after wedding, she is on signing spree. She will be playing Kalyan Ram’s sister in his recently launched movie that is being directed by newcomer Upendra Madhav. Kajal Aggarwal is the heroine.

Off late, all TV anchors have become quite busy in movies as well. Rashmi Gautam, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sreemukhi and others are regularly getting good roles.
