Tamil film 'VIP' starring Dhanush was dubbed into Telugu as 'Raghuvaran B.Tech' that turned out to be a good hit. Now the film's sequel is ready. Instead of naming it in Telugu as 'Raghuvaran B.Tech 2', Dhanush chose to name it as 'VIP 2' in Telugu as well. The film's Tamil and Telugu teasers were launched.

The film has story written by Dhanush and his wife Soundarya Rajinikanth is directing the movie. The first version had Amala Paul as heroine. So, Dhanush is repeating her again as his female lead and this time Bollywood actress Kajol is playing a key role. She is said to be playing female antagonist. 'VIP 2' is set for release shortly.
