Changed my style for Bruce Lee, Srinu Vaitla

Director Srinu Vaitla is pretty confident about his film Bruce Lee staring Ram Charan. The director said that the film will set new records.

Speaking to the media today (22nd September), Srinu Vaitla said, "I knew some of my recent movies were not good. I had started repeating myself, I realized. So I have changed my style and genre, gave more importance to the story this time," he was candid enough to admit why he failed with his last film.

Elaborating on Charan’s role in the film, the director said that we will get to see Charan in a totally new avatar in this film. Bruce Lee is a right blend of all emotions with right family values, action elements and comedy, he said. So far Charan has not done something like this he vouched.

"You have already written megastar Chiranjeevi garu is playing guest role. But contrary to reports, we haven't filmed his portions. We will be shooting those scenes this month end. Entire unit is excited for the occasion," Vaitla explained.

Chiru is not paired with any heroine in this film he confirmed. The films shooting has been progressing briskly and the movie will be released as promised on 16th October. Since everything is going smoothly there will be no delay in the shoot or post production work.

Srinu Vaitla did throw in a word of appreciation for Ram Charan and his commitment towards his work. Vaitla like Ram Charan has also taken up Ayyappa Deeksha.

Vaitla said that it was a privilege to work with Ram Charan and Chiranjeevi.  He wants the surprise element of Chiru’s role to be maintained till the film is released. The director added that it was great to work with Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan. In Bruce Lee, Ram Charan enacts the role of a stunt master who is inspired by Bruce Lee. Hence the title of the film has been Bruce Lee. The film also deals with the life of an ordinary stuntman and the hardships he faces in life, therefore the tagline of the film is ‘the fighter’.
