Akhil Akkineni’s film has gathered good interest. Everyone was waiting for the title of the film. Many titles were suggested and lots of them did rounds. Now the cat is out of the bag. Akhil’s film has been titled Akhil with a tagline ‘'The power of Jua'

The movie's two posters were unveiled on Thursday by producer Nithin and hero Akhil on social media. Akhil tweeted about his film’s name. Producer Nithin explained that the meaning of Jua is Sun. This film is directed by V V Vinayak and has Sayesha Saigal as Akhil’s leading lady.

A teaser will be out on August 29th on the occasion of Nagarjuna's birthday, while the movie's audio function will be held in Hyderabad on September 20th. Movie is set for October 21st release.
