Allu Sirish has also hugely benefited from this movie in terms of developing market for his movies in USA. The film grossed $ 77,472 in its opening day (inclusive of premiere shows) which is more than the lifetime of gross of his previous movie 'Srirastu Shubamastu'.

All in all, 'Okka Kshanam' has helped him as a star.
