Bandla Ganesh remanded to judicial custody

Kadapa district court on Thursday sent actor-producer Bandla Ganesh to judicial custody for 14 days in a cheque bounce case. Multiple cases were filed against Bandla that include a cheating case by PVP. However, he was sent to jail in a case filed by Mahesh, a Proddutur based financier.
The Kadapa court issued a non-bailable arrest warrant when Bandla refused to present before the court in the cheque bounce case. Kadapa police arrested Ganesh yesterday in Hyderabad and presented him before the Kadapa magistrate. The magistrate sent him to custody till November 4.
Bandla Ganesh has been facing several cases related to the finance he took for ‘Temper’. He is also making comeback as an actor in Mahesh Babu’s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’.
