Hema Malini plays a prestigious role in Balakrishna starrer ‘Gauthamiputra Satakarni’. She is acting as Rajamatha Gauthami in the film who is Satakarni’s mother. Shriya Saran acts as Satakarni’s wife. Hema Malini tweeted about the film today. She wrote, “Completed Gautami Putra Satakarni with hero Balakrishna (Director Krish) in Hyd. The movie also stars Shriya Sharan.” 

Gauthamiputra Satakarni completed entire shooting part yesterday evening and producers broke the pumpkin marking the end of the shoot. Krish shot the last scene on Balakrishna, Shriya Saran and Hema Malini yesterday at RFC.   
 
Gauthamiputra Satakarni is Balayya’s 100th film. The film is gearing up for a grand release during Sankranthi 2017.
