Kajal gets flak for appearing in a minor role

Kajal Aggarwal didn’t expect that she would receive so many negative reviews for her role in the recently released ‘Ranarangam’ when she signed the film. She didn’t immediately agree to this gangster drama but director Sudheer Varma persuaded her for months. She even thought her character will change the game in ‘Ranarangam’. But the makers had to chop off her role and key scenes due to length issues and her role turned out to be a glorified ‘character actress’. 

She is now facing flak that she is accepting movies just for the sake of money. All her recent movies either bombed at the box-office or won so much negativity. Films like ‘Sita’ received both. 

Kajal Aggarwal who is in her mid-30’s is still getting roles but her prominence is slowly going away. She will next be seen in director Shankar’s magnum opus ‘Bharateeyudu 2’ opposite legendary actor Kamal Haasan.
