Puri Jagannadh has been promoting new talent through Puri Connects, a talent management agency he floated along with Charmee. In his recent films, he did cast only budding actresses and newcomers like Musskan Sethi opposite Balakrishna in ‘Paisa Vasool’, Nabha Natesh and Nidhi Agerwal opposite Ram in ‘iSmart Shankar’. 

Will he be repeating the same?

Now that he has tasted a huge hit with ‘iSmart Shankar’, the director is looking for a leading actress in his next film that features Vijay Deverakonda as the hero. The film will commence its shoot from January 2020. Currently, he is holding discussions with a couple of actresses. 

We have to wait and see who would pair up with Vijay Deverakonda. Meanwhile, Vijay Deverakonda is wrapping up his ‘World Famous Lover’ that is being directed by Kranthi Madhav. This film has Raashi Khanna, Catherine Tresa, Aishwarya Rajesh an Isabelle as the heroines.
