Rana drops off producing Chaitanya's movie

Recently Rana announced that he would soon be turning producer with Naga Chaitanya starrer. He tweeted that he is putting on another cap with his cousin's movie introducing a new director Krishna. But in a turn of events, the said thriller has been taken over by producer Sai Korrepati.
 
The film was launched with Rajamouli and others gracing the ceremony. Sai Korrepati will be producing this movie in association with Rana's father Suresh Babu. Lavanya Tripathi has been roped in to play female lead.
 
So, Rana's dreams of becoming an independent producer have been dashed off. His father Suresh Babu doesn't want Rana shift his focus from acting. Rana has now gained popularity nationwide.
