Rise of Sunil means fall of someone?

Sunil's going as a hero has been an inglorious experience.  Flop after flop, the comedian-turned-hero has failed the audience.  'Eedu Gold Ehe', '2 Countries', 'Krishnashtami', 'Jakkanna' - a mere mention of these films is enough to scare you.

Thankfully, he is accepting comedian's roles these days.  Ravi Teja-Sreenu Vaitla's 'Amar Akbar Antony' and 'Padi Padi Leche Manasu' (starring Sharwanand and Sai Pallavi) should hopefully reinvent him as a lovable comedian.  In 'AAA', Sunil has a full-fledged and hilarious role.

Will his rise have any consequences for the happening comedians in the industry?  Since Vennela Kishore is also seen doing madcap humour of the Sunil's variety, will the 'Maryada Ramanna' hero successfully give him a run for his money?  Or will Sunil follow a distinct path?  The two aforementioned films will largely determine the result.
