Rumors about Megastar Chiranjeevi surface

Speculations are rife that Megastar Chiranjeevi has tendered resignation to the primary membership of Congress party. Although he has not been active in politics of late and busy shooting for films, his resignation to Congress party will have impact on Andhra politics.

However, there is no confirmation from Chiru camp regarding this as he is busy shooting for 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' in Georgia. At present, climax action episodes are being shot in Georgia in huge scale. Director Surender Reddy is filming them. Chiru and team will return to Hyderabad later this week.

His Rajyasabha term ended recently. He has been staying away from active politics. He also recently signed director Koratala's next movie. There is a talk that he will lend his support to his brother Jana Sena's party in the next general elections in Andhra Pradesh.
